In Thai it is known as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=oR7bL7wpFIw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kai Grata<\/a> and is a simple but delicious dish cooked in the same pan as it is served. This has been popular across Isan, Laos and Northern Vietnam for centuries and consists of fried eggs topped with ground pork, Chinese sausage and green onion.
