Breakfast As You Like It
At Nakara Villas & Glamping we believe you should be able to have your breakfast just as you want it: in bed, on a terrace or even sitting by the pool.
All our villas have substantial indoor and outdoor fully equipped kitchens. Our glamping domes also have their own cooking spaces, though obviously smaller than our villas. This means you have the choice of cooking breakfast yourself or enjoying the luxury of having us prepare it for you and serve it where and when you want it (and we obviously recommend the latter — you are on holiday after all).
Kids Eat Free With Their Parents
We know that kids sometimes don't eat much for breakfast. That's why we offer free breakfast for kids up to the age of 12 when eating with their parents.
Choice of Asian, Continental or Eggs-in-a-Pan
Breakfast at Nakara Villas & Glamping is generally offered in three styles: Asian, Continental or Isan style eggs-in-a-pan (Kai Grata).
Asian Breakfast
Asian Breakfast includes:
- Choice of freshly made tea or coffee
- Orange juice
- Fruit plate (made from fruit of the day)
- Our homemade congee with Chinese style pastries
Continental Breakfast
Continental Breakfast includes:
- Choice of freshly made tea or coffee
- Orange juice
- Breadbasket with butter and jam
- Eggs your style with ham (eggs in a pan, scrambled, boiled or fried)
Eggs in Pan (Kai Grata)
One thing we believe you must try when visiting Isan is our traditional Eggs in a Pan. In Thai it is known as Kai Grata and is a simple but delicious dish cooked in the same pan as it is served. This has been popular across Isan, Laos and Northern Vietnam for centuries and consists of fried eggs topped with ground pork, Chinese sausage and green onion. Served with toasted peasant bread, it is a superb and satisfying way to start your day.
