“Wonderful”

We just stayed for one night but wish it had been more. Our cabin was fantastic, extremely comfortable, and suitable for us as a family. The staff were wonderful and delivered a superb breakfast right to our door.

I like that Phu Mak. The atmosphere is very good, and the prices are cheap. The only drawback is that the bathroom has low water pressure and the shower is quite old.

The accommodation is very good, quiet and suitable for relaxation. The rooms are very spacious, with a kitchen and bathroom. The king-size bed is very soft, making it comfortable to sleep. There is also a swimming pool where you can play, regardless of which room zone you stay in; the water experience is a full 10 out of 10. If given the chance, I would return to relax again.

“The hotel is super beautiful, and the staff service is particularly attentive and warm!”

The hotel is so beautiful that even though it's a bit remote, it's definitely worth a special trip. Don't forget to order the grilled pork barbecue, Mugata, which is really cheap. We couldn't finish the meat, and the hotel staff made us fried rice with it the next day. It was especially delicious and unforgettable. I want to go again!

Lovely and quiet accommodation with attentive staff. The entrance needs improvement, especially during the rainy season as it becomes slippery, and it's not possible to park close to the accommodation.

This was by far the best stay I had in Thailand so far. The houses and surroundings are beautiful! You can also order food directly through Shanana, which is also really tasty. But the best thing about this place was the staff and the hosts David and Shanana, they are all really friendly, always answer your messages and went out of their way to make our stay amazing!

This place is beautiful, situated just outside the city. It's peaceful, surrounded by nature, and spacious. The property is beautifully designed and well thought out, offering complete privacy. The service is absolutely perfect; meals are prepared and delivered, and my laundry was taken care of. You need to stay here for at least two nights.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay! The staff and David were very attentive whenever we needed them. The house is fabulous! We had amazing indoor and outdoor spaces at our disposal. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the option to order delicious meals served on request. This has been our best place to stay in Thailand so far, by far!

It is difficult to overstate the many positive things associated with a stay at Nakara Villas. The guest experience is as superlative as it comes within a beautiful and peaceful setting and a staff as welcoming and helpful as can be.

Great location in a quiet area. The service and food are top notch! The garden is beautiful, full of butterflies and birds. The house is nicely decorated and well cleaned and maintained.

David was a great host from the very beginning. His wife Chanana was a dear too. The A-Frame house is perfect, with super clean bathroom, a bath tub, even a coffee maker, kettle, big fridge, big TV and even bigger beds. The food is affordable and the pizza so yummy! Will definitely come back!

Absolutely first class, everything about the stay was amazing. Our main purpose of the visit was to find my Dad who went missing years ago, and with David and his wife's help, we successfully managed to find him. I am sure we will be back.

Great, very nice big villa, very attentive to design and furnishings, the host was super welcoming and nice, helped us arrange our trips, and there was a free pick-up and drop-off service for booking. Special pleasure to play with parents and will have a chance to come back again! Recommended!

Fantastic stay for my husband's birthday. The villa is stunning. Really beautiful. Very spacious grounds, wonderful pool and everything you could wish for. They also serve amazing food — we sampled a seafood bbq and some local Thai delights.

“Exceptional Stay – A Truly Unique Experience”

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The property is beautifully nestled within a stunning garden, illuminated by charming little lights that create a magical atmosphere. The owners were outstanding — always available, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Nakara is a wonderful resort to unwind and be in nature. Nakara is in a quiet spot outside Udon Thani, and the place is great for kids. We were warmly hosted by David, who also manages the small outdoor bar. The food was really excellent, especially the larb starter and the chicken wings. Highly recommended for a night or two.

“A real favorite for a romantic getaway”

A real gem — the staff are very friendly and smiling. The bubble is well insulated and spacious. Lots of little extras like a portable speaker, a barbecue, a nice terrace. Food is quite inexpensive, unbeatable value for money, well-maintained garden, lovely swimming pool. The ants eat absolutely everything in the bubble, so be careful, and the bathroom plumbing is starting to deteriorate.

“More was promised than delivered.”

The glamping tents are definitely exceptional, offer plenty of space and are attractively furnished. It is obvious that the equipment is outdated. The outdoor bathtub, certainly a highlight, is now just a display object and is falling apart. The optional breakfast was not available.

Secluded! A good place to unwind and do some meditation. A romantic getaway spot. The pool is just amazing for relaxation. The surroundings lacked the wow factor given that my stay was immediately after a serious flood that hit the property hard.

We had booked both 'igloos' and were very excited to see what they were like, and they were amazing! Our lovely hostess threw everything she had at us to help us if we had any questions. She cooked fantastically delicious food for us. It was truly an experience out of the ordinary.

Friendly staff always ready to help. Language barrier is not a problem at all. There is nothing I did not like about the place. It was awesome.

The rooms are beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the staff provides excellent service. It's perfect for relaxation. The kitchen equipment, including a coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, and microwave, is very complete.

Conveniently close to the city, yet perfectly isolated. The two-bedroom A-frames we booked featured a remarkably spacious room and bathroom. It's a very cosy spot, and we'll definitely return.

What an amazing place. Our hosts could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. They organised a driver to take us to the Lotus Lake and Ban Chiang for the day.
